Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(EDT) was read the third time. 2013-04-10 Senate Journal Page 1111 Senator French moved that the resolution be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the resolution was returned to second reading. Senator French offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 16: Delete "threatened" Senator French moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Dyson objected.
